I2D
I2D is designed to be both a resource for the laboratory scientist to explore known and predicted protein-protein interactions, and to facilitate bioinformatics initiatives exploring protein interaction networks.
Source Interactions: 229,577
Predicted Interactions: 201,817
Total Interactions: 424,066

I2D will continue to expand as new protein-protein interaction data becomes available.

Example: The ARP2/3 complex is composed of 7 protein subunits, and modulates actin polymerization. I2D includes 5 of these subunits, mapped from S.cerevisiae, in a highly connected complex.
