Instructions

Returns P values for associations between drugs and phenotypes. Specify a group of phenotypes OR drugs, choose a dataset, and specify a maximum P value.
Supported phenotypes: KEGG Pathways, Gene Ontology, SGD Phenotype, YEASTRACT.


Example phenotypes:
03440 (KEGG)
GO:0006979 (Gene Ontology)
ASH1 (YEASTRACT)
bud morphology (SGD phenotypes)


Example drug:
Rapamycin
