Interaction With Baits

The LIR (Lumier Intensity Ratio) is a protein-protein interaction confidence score derived from the LUMIER experimental data. LIR is calculated as the ratio of the signal obtained from a pair of proteins divided by the negative control signal. A LIR value of 3 or above indicates the presence of an interaction between the two proteins tested (see Ref.1 for details).
